New construction and additions carried from frame to finish. Structure first, straight and dry; then the finish carpentry that decides how the house feels to live in.
Most of our houses stay private at the owner's request, so the captions state only what the photographs show. Every AKL job begins the same way: a written proposal naming scope, materials by grade, schedule and price.
