Mahogany, cedar and composite decks and porches, flashed, ventilated and framed for salt air, with rail details worth the view. Floors pitched to shed rain, framing sized to outlast the boards.
Most of our houses stay private at the owner's request, so the captions state only what the photographs show. Every AKL job begins the same way: a written proposal naming scope, materials by grade, schedule and price.
