The scope
Crown molding, window and door casing, baseboard and buildups, profiles matched to the existing house or drawn new. Where an old profile is no longer milled, we have it matched so the repair disappears.
Why it matters
Trim is the handwriting of a house. Cape houses keep their value in these details, and buyers and appraisers read them the way we do, up close.

Measured on site, written into a scope with materials by name, and finished under the same workmanship warranty as everything we build.
